Now Hiring - Membership Sales Representative in Roseville, CA

Job Purpose: To generate leads and sell gym memberships at CA Ripped Fitness health club locations.

Primary Duties:

• Accurately and thoroughly explain personal gym memberships to prospective clients, including all material terms and conditions of CA Ripped Fitness membership contract.
• Sell memberships to new and renewing clients within a specific health club location, including meeting established sales benchmarks and goals.
• Make daily outbound calls and collect buddy referrals.
• Speak with existing members to cultivate relationships and generate leads.
• Perform the initial orientation and/or fitness assessment with new clients.
• Attend all staff meetings as required.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, can-do attitude with both CA Ripped Fitness staff and company clients.
• Abide by all company policies and procedures.

Secondary Duties

• Assist at on-site membership sales functions.
• Assist the GM in performing his or her duties within the health club, as needed from time to time.
• Perform any other duties as senior management may assign, from time to time.
